How far will you travel for an event?
We charge a flat rate per mile when traveling outside the metro Atlanta area. We also add a hotel fee if needed. Wildphyre has done events in Miami FL, Dallas TX, New York NY, and Atlanta GA.
I have a problem at my venue with my sound, how much will it cost to talk to Audio/Visual Technician on site?
Nothing!! Phone calls are always free. If you need a service call during normal business hours a flat fee of $125 will be billed. 24 hours technicians and outcall support. No night should go bad.
I want to open a new venue and need sound and lights, can you help?
YES! Wildphyre has had many light and sound installs. The best way to start the steps is to find a budget and email or call us. A sound and light engineer will come out and look over your venue and Wildphyre will put together a knockout system for your budget. That easy!
How do I find a real PRO Mobile DJ ?
This is an easy answer, CALL US! Things you need to watch out for when booking a DJ that might call themselves "PRO". First and TOP OF THE LIST: Anyone who has another job! If they are not a FULL TIME Mobile Dance DJ then how can they possible be a "PRO". Anyone who brags about the price of a microphone! Or the price of any gear they might own and run. There are a lot of spoiled kids that buy a lot of expensive gear, this does NOT make them a PRO! A DJ that only uses a laptop and does not have a FULL collection of "Promo" CDs or DVDs. This is important for two main reason; computers fail and are easy to damage not to mention over heat. Second reason is COPYRIGHT PROTECTION! If your DJ is using illegal downloads and music/videos that they have not paid rights to the lawsuit can fall back on YOU! You should ALWAYS ask if your DJ has full legal rights to his files and collection. Any DJ with less then 5 years experience on a true PRO level! You will be hard pressed to find ANYONE around Atlanta "outside of Wildphyre" that can honestly meet this requirement period. Any DJ that does not use 100% of their own gear, including lighting, video, music, and trussing. Any DJ that can pack his gear in a truck smaller then an 18 foot box truck. This would simply mean their speakers are WAY TO SMALL! Your PRO Mobile DJ will have a solid background as an Audio Technician and visual artist. Our Audio and Visual reputation IS above all others hands down. BIG is our game when it comes to mobile DJs, VJs, Outdoor Cinemas, Live PA, why trust your large crowd's well being to anyone else? Do you need a TRUE professional Dance service? Then you need to call or email us NOW!
Do I need a "PRO" DJ for my event?
This is another simple answer. Do you want to trust all of your planning and hard earned money on anything less. Wildphyre's basic 4 hour dj packages run between $300.00 and $750.00 If your crowd is going to be close or over 1,000 people then without a doubt you need a true PRO Mobile DJ! If you want your event to be OVER THE TOP then I would say, YES you need a PRO Mobile DJ! If you have $1,000 or more to spend on your event. Then YES you need a PRO Mobile DJ. Why waste your money with anything less. You will just be getting ripped off! CALL or EMAIL US TODAY!
So I don't need a "PRO" Mobile DJ my event is under 1,000 people. What do I need?
What you need is a PRO entertainer!! There are not that many PRO Entertainers around the Atlanta area! Not in the art of dance!! Sure you will find a lot of people that would like to call themselves PRO this and PRO that. I'll answer the next question below.
What do I look for in a PRO Entertainer?
First you should look for Past Event Footage! Photos and videos! Keep in mind that you will only see the BEST of what they have to offer. PRO Audio, Video, and Visual Gear is a MUST! Why bother wasting your time with others that don't use true PRO GEAR!! Our Entertainers use only Wildphyre approved PRO GEAR and basic DJ rates start at $300 !! BASS! BASS is a MUST for moving crowds! Its a simple fact and most important fact in the handbook! People have a natural FEAR of dancing and letting loose. Don't rely on the drunk guy in the corner to get your crowd moving and dancing. That's what BASS is for. Request Line! If your entertainer can not give you JUST what you want and take request live from your crowd you DO NOT WANT THEM THERE! Budget is always top list, Wildphyre HAS the best dance gear in the SOUTH hands down! Wildphyre also has the LOWEST RATES! Our basic 4 hour DJ service starts at $300 !! That's including weddings! Friendly, clean, fit, charming, and well dressed should also be a MUST for your entertainer! Guest don't want to look at a DJ who isn't, nor do you really want to work with one who isn't all the above. Someone who entertains for a LIFE STYLE and does this work FULL TIME! This way you will get the best service you can! Remember when you hire an Entertainer they are there to do just that. Entertain your guest!! Finally I would say your looking for someone who LIKES their job and wants to have FUN at your event! A Entertainer that is just there to collect a pay check is not a true entertainer.
